Parv Goyal is a new-generation globally oriented business leader with a passion for advancing healthcare through strategic innovation. A graduate of IE University, with a Master’s in Management, Parv combines a deep understanding of business dynamics with a strong operational mindset blending academic strength with hands-on operational experience.

Prior to joining Medivation Bio, Parv worked across agribusiness, warehousing, and financial services, where he gained deep exposure to policy-led and tech-enabled development. He played a key role in implementing the AgriStack project in Madhya Pradesh, an ambitious initiative to digitize Indian farming through data infrastructure. As Deputy Manager at AgriBazaar, he also oversaw the formation and incubation of 15 Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) across Punjab and Haryana — initiatives that contributed directly to agricultural modernization and rural empowerment.

At Medivation Bio, Parv leads the role of a Director, providing strategic and operational direction across key initiatives, combining his analytical mindset with a commitment to long-term value creation. His focus lies in building efficient and life saving equipment in the critical medical device industry.
